Approaching the pier

The last leg of my time travelling holiday to the last weekend of August 2018.

Transiting through Central Station, we picked up our bags from the lockers at the Space Hotel and made our way to the port. We’re meeting my daughter’s friend at the nearby “Dlish!” chip shop for a final goodbye before boarding the Spirit.

Fish and Chips
Yum!

Onto the pier, up the gangway, and setting sail at 7.30 pm. We will wake up in the morning back home.

Goodbye and thanks for joining me on this time travelling weekend trip. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. I’d love to get feedback so please let me know if you did (enjoy it that is). The contact page can be found in the menu at the top of the page. I hope to time travel again sometime soon. Of course, you can just peek in one more time tomorrow morning at 10.00 am just to see if I did make it safely home.

Arrived from the future? Skip through the timeline here.

Who am I? I am different things to different people. I am a poet, a visual artist, a sculptor of found objects, and a writer. I am a bookkeeper, an office manager, an administrator and software support consultant, even a short-order cook and barista. I am a parent, a grandparent, a sibling, a cousin and a friend. I am a traveller, a technophile, a philosopher and a student of all things.
